Rocket Lab is seeking a Stage Fluids Engineer I to join the dynamic Neutron team. In this entry-level position, you’ll design plumbing systems, analyze fluid dynamics, and integrate components into the launch vehicle. Your work is crucial for transforming vehicle-level requirements into practical fluid networks, fostering innovation in aerospace engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design plumbing systems and secondary structures
• Analyze systems for harsh launch environments
• Model and predict system behavior
• Test and qualify fluid systems and components
• Integrate hardware into the Neutron vehicle
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Knowledge of fluid components and design
• Familiarity with machining and welding processes
• Experience with integration quality control
• Understanding of aerospace engineering constraints
