Position: Environmental Test Technician at K2 Space
Elevate satellite testing with K2 Space as an Environmental Test Technician. Engage in thermal, vibration, and shock testing for groundbreaking satellites in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

K2 Space is seeking an Environmental Test Technician with at least 5 years of aerospace experience. You will oversee complex test campaigns, including thermal vacuum and cycling, of Mega Class satellite components. Your responsibilities will include programming test assets, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering teams for effective testing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate environmental test assets autonomously

• Collaborate with engineering on test planning and fixture design

• Deliver accurate data and insights for test analysis

• Maintain equipment and manage consumable inventory

• Support manufacturing activities as part of a small team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in environmental testing, preferably aerospace

• Experience in thermal vacuum and vibration testing

• Proven ability to execute tests with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with DAQ systems and MES platforms
