Join Figure’s Tele Operation team as a Deployment Engineer with 3-5+ years in robotics integration. This role blends on-site support with technical problem-solving while encouraging optimal collaboration. You'll work closely with field operations and core engineering teams to enhance system performance and ensure successful deployment of humanoid robots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support engineering deployment objectives as an on-site representative
• Assist teleoperations team with troubleshooting and updates
• Commission and test robots at customer sites
• Triage hardware/software issues, documenting fixes
• Plan logistics for robotic systems deployment
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in automation/robotics integration
• Degree in engineering or related field
• Strong judgement in high-pressure scenarios
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems
• Familiarity with project management software
