Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an Applications Engineer – I to support mission-critical applications. In this role, you'll engage in troubleshooting, systems integration, and customer support while working closely with engineering teams. The position requires up to 25% travel for on-site client interactions and technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement technical solutions for clients
• Define new products and assess existing features
• Provide customer support via calls, in-person, and online
• Participate in on-call support for urgent issues
• Collaborate on engineering requests and field tests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficient with RF testing instruments and protocols
• Strong initiative, multitasking, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Willing to travel for customer support needs
