In this role, you will report to the Yield & Integration Engineering Manager and utilize your expertise in yield and failure analysis. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams to investigate yield excursions and mentor junior engineers, while implementing continuous improvements in yield analytics and process integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee wafer foundry yield management and monitoring
• Analyze yield loss mechanisms affecting detector performance
• Optimize integrated process flows across manufacturing
• Perform advanced yield analyses using JMP, Python, or SQL
• Mentor junior engineers in yield methodologies
Requirements:
• M.S. or equivalent in a STEM field
• 7+ years of experience in yield engineering or device engineering
• Direct experience with thermal imaging systems
• Expertise in SPC, DOE, and yield analytics
• Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident
