Position: Lead DFT Engineer at NVIDIA

As part of our elite team, you will guide the implementation of advanced designs for test access mechanisms and BIST, while mentoring junior engineers on best practices. Your expertise in verification and validation of complex designs will play a critical role in shaping methodologies for next-generation products, all while helping define industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts in test access and scan compression

• Develop and optimize DFT methodologies for innovative products

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers on design trade-offs

• Conduct verification of test patterns for complex logic

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams covering RTL and power design

Requirements:

• PhD or MSEE with substantial experience in DFT

• Proven expertise in scan test planning and BIST

• Strong analytical skills in validation of complex designs

• Experience in Silicon debugging and ATE integration

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Tcl and Python
