As an RMA Specialty Engineer, you will play a vital role in directing critical engineering support efforts for Military GPS systems. Your responsibilities will include evaluating contractor processes, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing engineering standards. Collaborating with government agencies and contractors, you’ll facilitate comprehensive test campaigns to ensure the highest reliability and performance of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct engineering support for Military GPS User Equipment
• Evaluate contractor processes for improvement and compliance
• Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Assessments for supply chain resiliency
• Enforce engineering standards across program control boards
• Plan and execute Reliability Growth and Demonstration Testing
Requirements:
• 8+ years in systems engineering and testing
• Experience developing test plans and conducting reviews
• Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
