As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will oversee electrical architecture and PCB layout for safety devices within Blackline Safety's portfolio. Your expertise in electrical design, problem-solving, and effective communication will ensure top-tier product development alongside cross-functional teams. Expect to engage in hands-on prototyping and verification for high-volume production devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and integrate printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flexible circuits
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements
• Drive resolution of electrical-related issues
• Communicate project updates and schedules
• Travel within Canada and internationally as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with electronic product design
• Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture
• Experience with power delivery and mixed-signal designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
