Junior Process Engineer in Manufacturing

As part of the Engineering team at FGF, you will develop and assess production processes, collaborating closely with colleagues. You will uphold Health & Safety policies and conduct troubleshooting of major process issues. Your analytical skills will help improve production efficiency and product quality through effective process control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and assess production line processes and equipment usage

• Enforce Health & Safety protocols and quality GMP standards

• Conduct troubleshooting on significant process issues

• Implement measures to optimize production performance

• Analyze inefficiencies and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 2–5 years in food manufacturing or regulated industries

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred

• Experience with AutoCAD or Solid Works

• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and travel ability
