Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement PLC-based control architectures
• Mentor a team of up to seven engineers
• Oversee entire product lifecycle from design to integration
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for system success
• Manage budgets and project timelines to meet objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in engineering roles with 2+ years in management
• Hands-on experience with PLC and control systems
• Knowledge of advanced metrology systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
