Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Humanoid
Join Humanoid as a Senior Actuator Mechanical Design Engineer focused on developing robotic actuators for humanoid mobility. This role calls for strong mechanical design expertise and system integration.

In this position with Humanoid, you'll be responsible for the design and development of robotic actuators critical for humanoid robots. With 7+ years of mechanical design experience, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prototype and deploy actuators. Your work will enhance the performance and reliability of our innovative robots for real industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Size and design torque dense actuators for humanoid robots

• Create 3D CAD models and production drawings with Solid Works/NX

• Select materials and methods balancing performance and cost

• Lead rapid prototyping using 3D printing and CNC machining

• Conduct mechanical testing to ensure system reliability

Requirements:

• 7+ years in mechanical design for robotics or complex systems

• Proficiency in Solid Works or NX CAD tools

• Familiarity with GD&T per ASME Y14.5

• Experience in designing mechanical assemblies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
