Apply CAD and mechanical analysis skills as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist supporting designs, specifications, and equipment testing. This permanent role offers bilingual work.
This position requires College or CEGEP education and one to less than two years of experience. You will prepare engineering drawings, estimate materials, and use Mastercam CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Python, Excel, and Word. The work includes testing machines and components.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with design drawings and engineering specifications
- Perform limited mechanical tests and analyses
- Develop computer-aided designs using CAD tools
- Estimate project costs and required materials
- Prepare contracts, tenders, standards, and schedules
- College or CEGEP education
- One to less than two years of experience
- Knowledge of Mastercam CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, and Solid Works
- Experience with Python, MS Excel, and MS Word
- English or French language requirements
Use mechanical design, testing, documentation, and CAD capabilities while supporting accurate engineering work and equipment development.
