Equilibrium is currently seeking an accomplished senior-level Geotechnical Engineer or Geotechnical Lead to join our growing Mine Waste team in Canada. Our Mine Waste practice represents a strategic area of growth, complementing our well-established rock mechanics and hydrogeology disciplines. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our technical capabilities and driving the success of our projects.

You will be involved in significant projects from conception through to execution, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise in tailings and mine waste management. Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
* Leading and participating in geotechnical engineering assignments focused on tailings and mine waste management.
