Position: DUAL RATE FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, supervising table game operations, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations to maintain game integrity and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interact effectively with the public and team members, performing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Protect and control the game being dealt for Blackjack, Mini‑Baccarat, or other permitted table games.
  • Conduct games in accordance with company policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.
  • Advises Pit Manager or Floor Supervisor of player disputes or arguments during the game.
  • Inform Floor Supervisor or other personnel of important facts regarding specific players and their actions.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere, providing a pleasant gaming experience and notifying Floor Supervisor of any customer needs (e.g., cocktails, host service).
  • Enforce performance standards, policies, and procedures related to all table games to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Check bankroll from previous shift for accuracy; assist Pit Supervisor in physical count at shift change.
  • Observe game, players and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of games.
  • Maintain appropriate pace of the game, ensuring smooth flow.
  • Promote positive customer relations by answering questions, resolving disputes, and completing required documentation.
  • Assist in training and development of new team members.
  • Track players, noting buy‑ins, length of play, win/loss, and average bet.
  • Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
  • Serve as usher when required by management for events.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise dealers on assigned shifts and efficiently deal assigned games.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
  • Train team members; plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.
Salary/Wage

Floor Supervisor: $28.00 per hour. Dealer: minimum wage plus tips, with tips taxed based on shift.

Qualification Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum one‑year experience in table games dealing and/or supervision.
  • Appropriate license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Language Skills
  • Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Speak effectively in front of customers or team members.
Mathematical Skills
  • Work with probability, statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Reasoning Ability
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Interpret technical instructions in mathematical/diagram form and manage variables.
Physical Demands

Use hands to handle objects, reach with arms, speak, hear. Frequently stand and walk. Exposed to a smoke‑filled environment; noise level usually loud.

Work Environment

Work occurs in a loud casino floor environment, exposure to smoke, and involvement in gaming operations.
