What You’ll Be DoingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients lives.
- Foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide tailored service and recommend products that support their financial success.
- Flexible to work centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel a reasonable distance to multiple centres.
- On‑site full‑time.
- Client engagement – Meet clients, advise solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
- Relationship building – Engage in marketing and outreach to deepen relationships.
- Leveraging technology – Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage banking needs.
- You put clients first and engage purposefully.
- You’re goal oriented and motivated by delivering your best.
- You notice details and use critical thinking.
- You’re passionate about people, build trust through respect and authenticity.
- You love to learn and grow knowledge.
- You’re certified – Mutual Funds License, Canadian Securities Course, or Investment Funds In Canada.
- 1 year client experience and sales results; prior banking experience a plus.
