Pay: $45,700–$61,000 CAD.
At TD Canada Trust, the Personal Banking Associate builds and maintains relationships with customers, guiding them to appropriate staff for resolving financial and banking needs, including new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions.
Typical Responsibilities- Engage customers in advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
- Understand and guide customers to the right contact person for solutions.
- Build confidence in digital banking trends by educating customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
- Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non‑cash transactions and report critical issues.
- Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and CSO.
- Promote a positive work environment and team effectiveness.
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post‑appointment within 6 months.
- Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
- Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
- Strong self‑starting, administrative, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Dynamic, diligent, effective influencer with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
