Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new vendor setups and modifications in systems

• Analyze financial documents for compliance verification

• Engage vendors to maintain positive onboarding experiences

• Run reports to investigate vendor errors and propose solutions

• Assist in resolving invoice issues within Coupa system

Requirements:

• University degree or College diploma in a business-related discipline

• 1–2 years experience in a financial analyst or accounting role

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

• Knowledge of People Soft accounting system is advantageous
