Apply advanced Excel and financial modelling skills as a Business Financial Analyst supporting Nors leaders across Canada. Choose Eastern or Western Canada locations.
Nors is hiring two Business Financial Analysts for branch and regional financial decision support. You will connect P&L results, ERP and GL information, and operational performance to explain business drivers. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and action-oriented analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial performance for assigned branches and regional leaders
- Explain P&L results and key business drivers clearly
- Identify financial and operational risks early
- Develop forecasts, budgets, models, and KPI reports
- Standardize and automate reporting to reduce manual analysis
- Minimum three years' relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Strong P&L analysis and financial modelling experience
- Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Experience with ERP and GL information
- Bachelor's degree and required CPA designation
Support Nors decision-makers with P&L analysis, forecasting, advanced Excel, and financial modelling across assigned Canadian regions.
