Private Banking Operations Officer

Support private banking operations with client service and transaction processing across BMO offices in Montreal and/or Laval. Apply credit knowledge daily.

As a Private Banking Officer, you will support Private Bankers and clients through operational coverage, relationship selling, and compliant service. The position requires knowledge of personal and commercial credit, lending processes, loan documentation, and private banking offerings. You will also analyze information, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with branch, regional, internal, and external teams.

• Process client transactions accurately and within required timelines
• Prepare business proposals and client presentations
• Match customer needs with products and services
• Complete credit, non-credit, and related activities
• Review monitoring reports and escalate irregularities

• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Working knowledge of credit and non-credit products
• Basic lending process and documentation knowledge
• Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
