• Develop acquisition, sale, and transfer opportunities with entrepreneurs
• Support clients throughout each business transfer project stage
• Advise commercial banking teams on transaction positioning and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Significant financial services or commercial financing experience
• Business development and client acquisition experience
• In-depth financial analysis, credit, and transaction knowledge
• French and English language proficiency with travel availability
