Personal Banking Associates in Laval guide customers through banking solutions, digital services, and financial needs. This branch role is based in Quebec, Canada.
At TD, you will establish and maintain customer relationships while addressing day-to-day advice needs. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff and solutions, including new accounts and investment advice. The role also supports branch transactions, documentation, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete accurate business processes and documentation
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
Use customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to support TD clients and branch operations in Laval.
