We are currently seeking Incident Management Team (IMT) Members to join our Response Cadre. As a IMT Member:

, you will be responsible for providing support to state and local government agencies in their active disaster missions.
IMT Member:
Response Cadre candidates will be considered for membership on a roster of professionals available for contract‑based deployment positions. Successful candidates will be deployed in support of clients immediately after major incidents to fill key IMT positions.

• Operate within the Incident Command Systems (ICS) and National Incident Management (NIMS) frameworks.
• Support activation and operations of Emergency Operation Centers (EOCs) during incidents and exercises.
• Support the successful completion of our client’s incident objectives and coordinate with various partner agencies and Emergency Support Functions (ESFs).
• Coordinate logistics and resource management to support field operations and mission execution.
• An understanding of the emergency management system and how jurisdictions coordinate together during large‑scale incidents.

• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in emergency management or a related field.
• Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or as part of an Incident Management Team (IMT).
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) All‑Hazards Position Specific training courses and/or credentials preferred.
• Completed Task Book(s) for Command and General Staff and/or Support Positions preferred.
• The ability to work 12‑hour shifts as needed based on the client’s operational tempo.
• Willing and able to be on‑call for travel within 24 to 72 hours of notice and to remain deployed for at least 30 days anywhere in the United States.
• Salary range of $88,000 - $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
