Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for advancing performance by implementing accountability frameworks and establishing evaluation metrics.
Your role will influence health service providers to meet high-quality care standards while fostering partnerships across the health system. Creativity and strategic negotiation skills are key to successfully navigating performance agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance and accountability strategies
• Evaluate health system priorities against performance metrics
• Negotiate targets with service providers for shared outcomes
• Enhance regional health performance through active participation
• Create policies to improve funding planning and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• 10 years of experience in health management
• Proven track record in team leadership
• Strong analytical skills in health performance
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Lead transformation and enhance care across Ontario’s health landscape.
