Para Med is hiring a compassionate Personal Support Worker in Markdale, Ontario. In this full-time position, you will perform home visits and assist with daily living activities.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can travel to patients’ homes, help with meal preparation, and provide personal hygiene support. You will also offer companionship to enhance the well-being of individuals in the Grey Bruce region. Your passion for caregiving will directly impact the lives of the clients you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit patients at their homes for support
• Prepare meals and support meal-time activities
• Conduct essential housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional care
• Assist clients with personal hygiene needs
Requirements:
• Strong compassion and listening abilities
• Prior experience with children or seniors preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required
• Ability to work every other weekend
• High school diploma or equivalent required
