Position: Lyra Health EAP Case Manager Role
Transform mental health access with Lyra Health as an EAP Case Manager in Ontario. This remote role involves immediate counselling and comprehensive assessments for service users.

Lyra Health is on the search for an experienced EAP Case Manager to support employees and their dependents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing call intakes, providing support during acute moments, and developing treatment plans based on assessed needs. Your work will include risk assessments and collaboration with clinical teams around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage first contact through helpline and online services

• Provide in-the-moment therapeutic support

• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate service user needs

• Implement risk management strategies promptly

• Maintain thorough documentation on the clinical database

Requirements:

• Master's level qualification in counselling for your jurisdiction

• Active registration with a professional counselling body

• At least 3 years’ experience in therapeutic settings

• Proven ability to handle high-risk cases

• Bilingual skills are an asset
