In this permanent position, you will be integral to Emergency Health Services, attending to emergencies and supporting patient care transitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and triage patient conditions prior to treatment
• Ensure safe transport of patients to designated facilities
• Uphold cleanliness and maintain ambulance standards
• Communicate effectively with healthcare colleagues
• Complete mandatory documentation of patient care
Requirements:
• NSRoP approved training as an Emergency Medical Responder
• NS Class 4 driver's license for ambulance driving
• Knowledge of effective personal protective practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to handle physical demands of the job
