Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily personal activities and hygiene
• Follow individual service plans and document changes
• Promote resident safety and independence
• Engage residents in daily conversation and activities
• Support dining services and ensure a clean space
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate approach in caregiving
• Availability as a casual employee for flexible hours
