Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized physiotherapy in home and community locations

• Coordinate your work schedule to suit personal commitments

• Collaborate with a supportive healthcare team

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and families

• Document and assess client progress accurately

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Possess a valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable vehicle

• Vulnerable Sector Screening completed within 12 months

• Preference for ADP Authorize rs
