Reporting directly to the Director of Mental Health, Oncology, and Palliative Care, you will provide essential management, administrative, and clinical leadership.
Your role emphasizes patient-centered services, strategic planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Ensure alignment with the hospital’s vision while driving initiatives for growth and enhancing patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clinical service and strategic plans
• Manage employee relations and performance

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing or Health Administration
• Minimum five years of leadership experience
• Strong background in Palliative Care
