Social Worker or Occupational Therapist Role

This full-time position within the Assertive Community Treatment Team focuses on developing comprehensive recovery plans for individuals with severe mental illness. You will coordinate services, manage medications, and assist clients with social and daily living activities.

Your role will be pivotal in driving personal recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to develop understanding of their experiences

• Co-manage treatment and rehabilitation services

• Work alongside professionals to manage medication protocols

• Guide clients in structuring leisure and social time

• Deliver direct services fostering skill development

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in relevant field required

• Unrestricted registration with applicable Ontario College

• One year experience preferred in mental health services

• Strong understanding of community resources

• Capable of supporting serious mental illness populations
