In this part-time role, known internally as Support Service Attendant, you will assist clients with non-medical daily living activities. Your responsibilities will focus on personal care, meal assistance, and light housekeeping according to established service plans. Expected to work 20 hours weekly, your shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring travel across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Perform lifts and transfers safely and professionally
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Ensure a respectful and safe environment for clients
• Maintain clients' dignity and privacy throughout services
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
