Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead recreational activities for resident enjoyment.
• Create inviting environments that encourage participation.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and volunteers.
• Monitor residents' involvement and document observations.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance resident engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a senior care setting.
• Degree or diploma in recreation studies or similar field.
• Enrollment in related programs is welcomed.
• Familiarity with wellness and engagement strategies.
• Ability to document and assess resident activities.
Support residents at Age Care through your creativity and commitment to quality care.
