Scarborough Health Network (SHN) seeks a Pharmacist to support medication management at the Centenary Site and across SHN hospitals. The role includes maintaining drug records, educating patients and families, and maximizing medication safety while supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring dispensary coverage.
Requirements include a
B.Sc. Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, plus acute care hospital experience and excellent communication.
