Position: Clinical Analyst at Providence Care Hospital
Become an essential part of Providence Care Hospital as a Clinical Analyst. This temporary full-time role supports the implementation of clinical information systems and their ongoing operations.

As a Clinical Analyst, you will analyze user requirements, redesign processes, and assist in developing the electronic patient record. Your two years of experience in healthcare process redesign and expert knowledge of Lumeo will be crucial in promoting system acceptance among clinical staff. Engage with teams to document workflows and ensure effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document end-user requirements for clinical systems

• Support electronic patient record design and integration activities

• Conduct training and develop educational materials for staff

• Facilitate sessions and present recommendations to relevant teams

• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending solutions

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent education

• Current unrestricted Ontario regulatory license

• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare process redesign

• Recent experience with Lumeo (Cerner Millennium)

• Background in adult education and curriculum development
