As Director of Wellness, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance the quality of life for residents r expertise will guide the Wellness Department in executing holistic care strategies, compliance measures, and quality assurance protocols. Working collaboratively with healthcare providers, you will play an essential role in the overall well-being of residents through social connection and personalized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Infection Control and Compliance programs

• Evaluate and maintain personalized care plans

• Recruit and develop talented team members

• Actively engage with residents and their families

• Monitor departmental budget and expenses

Requirements:

• RN or RPN certification with provincial College of Nurses

• 5+ years of nursing experience; 3+ years in leadership

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of dementia and senior care

• Experience with YARDI and electronic health systems
