Position: Clinical Information Systems Analyst at Providence Care

As the Clinical Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering system requirements, redesigning processes, and managing training for clinical staff. Your comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and experience with Lumeo (Cerner Millennium) will drive system integration and acceptance. Collaborate directly with healthcare teams to address needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support analysis and design of clinical information systems

• Assist with testing and training of the electronic patient record

• Facilitate sessions for workflow documentation and process mapping

• Engage with departments to promote system acceptance

• Identify process gaps and propose effective solutions

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Ontario practice license

• Two years experience in healthcare process management

• Demonstrated expertise in Lumeo (Cerner Millennium)

• Recent involvement in adult education initiatives
