Lifemark CORE is seeking clinical specialists to provide goal-focused psychotherapy, primarily for military veterans. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver social work interventions and assessments, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach. The position promises a diverse caseload and support from our administrative team to ease your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy for veterans experiencing mental health issues

• Conduct social work assessments in clients' social environments

• Utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques for interventions

• Facilitate group psycho educational services

• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions regarding treatment plans

Requirements:

• Registered Clinical Specialist with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

• 1-3 years of clinical social work experience

• Experience in mental health treatment

• Strong communication and reporting skills
