Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize well-being through personalized support plans
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
• Conduct safety observations and health monitoring
• Document care plans and developments accurately
• Mentor team members to enhance support quality
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or relevant field
• 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible availability for shifts and travel
• Clean Driver’s Abstract with insurance coverage
