Onboarding and Training Specialist

Location: Laval (administrative region)

Transform new hire experiences as an Onboarding and Training Specialist, coordinating essential training and fostering engagement. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal audit standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating training and on-the-job sessions that boost new hire retention. You'll track key performance indicators such as attrition and time to training, reporting results to management for data-driven decisions. Strong skills in instructional design are crucial as you develop engaging content and utilize performance data to refine training approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding trainings and on-the-job coaching for new hires

• Track and report key indicators like attrition and training duration

• Ensure compliance with necessary standards including OSHA and ISO

• Implement best practices and utilize feedback to enhance training

• Foster engagement and retention among new employees

Requirements:
