You Are:

You are an experience SAP Basis Lead with deep expertise in SAP Basis Administration and a passion for ensure stable, scalable, and secure SAP environments. You excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy leading teams, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and guiding technical decisions.

You are also a strong communicator who can work across multiple teams, influence solutions, and ensure smooth operations in large-scale SAP landscapes.

The Work:

• Lead SAP Basis operations across SAP S/4
  
  Hana and related landscapes.

• Oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and SAP system maintenance.

• Ensure high system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning.

• Manage user administration, security controls, and compliance requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and act as subject matter expert (SME), guiding team decisions and resolving complex issues.

• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project and business objectives.

• Provide solutions to issues impacting your team and other teams, driving continuous improvement.

• Innovate and optimize SAP Basis operations to enhance system efficiency and accessibility.

• Monitor and improve system performance, stability, and integration reliability.

• This role requires 3 days per week in our Montreal office.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4
  
  Hana landscapes.

• Strong experience with SAP system copies, kernel upgrades, transports, client strategies, and performance tuning.

• Understanding of database technologies and cloud hosting models.

• Experience leading SAP technical teams or work streams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or completion of college diploma in a related discipline.

• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range

British Columbia/Ontario $82,600 to $132,600
