As part of a fully remote team, this role requires strong ownership and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on security
• Enhance infrastructure automation using IaC tools
• Mentor team members on Dev Ops principles and best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies to foster team engagement
• Identify and implement AI solutions for developer efficiency
Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Terraform frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker containerization
• Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Focused on continuous learning and improvement
