Key Responsibilities:
• Foster positive customer experiences through effective support
• Generate accurate service offers and proposals
• Identify potential upgrade solutions for customers
• Collaborate with teams to manage offer backlog effectively
• Provide technical support to field service personnel
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Alfa Laval systems
• Proficient in technical drawing interpretation
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
• Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
