Job SummaryThe Integrator – Business Solutions is responsible for assessing client needs, recommending tailored solutions, performing data analysis, executing full implementation cycles, and delivering ongoing support. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities Client Needs & Analysis- Determine client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Collect and compile customer data for analysis.
- Create integration diagrams using Cacoo or Visio.
- Conduct detailed data reviews and assessments.
- Prepare quotes and technical specifications.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Execute full solution implementation, including configuration, preparation, and installation.
- Manage and understand multiple customer environments.
- Utilize essential tools to set up prerequisites (e.g., SQL Database, SQL Management Studio, ODBC, Reporting, Power BI, VBScript, Regex, etc.).
- Maintain certifications and product knowledge related to supported solutions.
- Document all development and installation activities thoroughly.
- Prepare mandatory integration documentation (e.g., Scope of Work).
- Deliver software demonstrations to clients.
- Support POC and UAT phases to help drive sales.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
- Provide ongoing training and support (phone, email, and direct communication).
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Perform related tasks as required.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in system and network administration.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience with M-Files or similar ECM solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with ECMS and AP-focused solutions (RDMS/CLIENT solutions preferred).
- Knowledge of web services and APIs is an asset.
- Networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, WiFi, DHCP, DNS
- File & transfer protocols: SMB, FTP
- Operating systems:
Windows Server (2012–2022), Windows 10/11 - Terminal Server / RDS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Office Suite & Office 365
- Hyper‑V
- Scripting: VBScript & Power Shell (development and maintenance)
- SQL Server / SQL Management / Scripting / ODBC
- Creative, resourceful, and persistent.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with clients.
