Business Effectiveness

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Business Effectiveness) for a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Wednesday and Thursday at the downtown office location. The role supports a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate security function and contributes to multiple strategic and business transformation initiatives.

• Partner with stakeholders across business functions to align initiatives with strategic objectives
• Support and enhance complex business processes and operational improvements
• Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent work streams and projects
• Drive change management activities and support enterprise transformation efforts
• Develop executive-level presentations, reporting materials, and strategic documentation
• Act as liaison between business teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery

• 10+ years of experience in business management or business analysis roles
• 10+ years of experience supporting change management initiatives
• Experience leading multiple work streams and driving process enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading or supporting strategic enterprise initiatives
• High level of professionalism with ability to operate in executive-facing environments

• Experience with in corporate security or risk environments
• Prior experience in large financial institutions
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
• SharePoint experience
• Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
