Salesforce QA Lead

• Test Strategy and Process Ownership:
  Define, document, and improve QA strategies for multi-org Salesforce environments;
  Develop QA processes, templates, and standards;
  Author test plans and cases aligned with requirements;
  Establish quality gates across development stages.
• Test Execution and Coverage:
  Lead functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing;
  Validate configurations, custom development (Apex, LWC), and API integrations.

• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge
• SOQL skills
• Hands-on UI automation experience (UTAM/Webdriver
  
  IO)
• REST API testing experience
• Salesforce tooling proficiency
• Ability to evaluate Apex test classes
• Experience with QA documentation and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Basic Apex testing skills
