Tasks

  • Configure and update cybersecurity scenarios: adjust settings, create variants, monitor performance, and optimize over time.
  • Participate in technical testing: validate scenario functionality, perform basic diagnostics, identify issues, and recommend adjustments.
  • Support client onboarding: collect required information, prepare environments, perform initial platform setup, and update documentation.
  • Contribute to operational monitoring: track campaigns, ensure smooth execution, and coordinate with internal teams when action is required.
  • Analyze simulation results: identify trends, detect risky behaviors, structure observations, and prepare key points for client presentations.
  • Assist internal teams: provide data, clarifications, and updates to ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement: update internal guides, suggest optimizations, and contribute to platform best practices.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

  • Job requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, SOC/NOC, or equivalent technical role (internships accepted)
  • General understanding of information security concepts and common threats.
  • Comfortable with cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and varied technical environments.
  • Bilingual (French/English) to communicate effectively with both francophone and anglophone clients (roughly 50/50).
  • Ability to analyze data, document observations clearly, and communicate with various stakeholders.
