Your job
- Ensure the reliability, availability and continuous performance of the Service Now platform in a critical environment
- Implement proactive monitoring, observability practices and automation mechanisms to prevent major incidents
- Strengthen the resilience and operational continuity of the platform by reducing operational risks
- Support governance, security, compliance and audibility requirements in a regulated environment
- Oversee the secure evolution of the platform, including new features, integrations and automations
- Influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and mastered use of the platform
- Promote and develop modern practices related to system reliability, operations and service management

You report to the management responsible for the platform, and the team stands out for its expertise, sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service. Prerequisites
- A Bachelor's degree in computer Science or a related field and several years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience
- In-depth experience with the Service Now platform in an operational or reliability context
- Significant experience in system reliability or administration of critical platforms
- Have worked in complex technological environments requiring high stability and security standards
- Experience with agile practices or environments undergoing continuous transformation
