SQL Developer​/C# – WMS & ERP Systems

We are currently hiring a SQL / Backend Developer for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in an environment where IT systems (WMS, ERP) are tightly integrated with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance an internal Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries (SQL Server)
• Perform direct database interventions to resolve operational issues
• Develop application components using C#, VB, Python, or similar languages
• Provide technical support for warehouse operations systems
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Collaborate directly with operations teams to understand business needs
• Contribute to system integrations (
  WMS, ERP, internal tools )
• Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Maintain clear documentation of changes and fixes

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in software development (backend / SQL / applications)
• Strong SQL skills:
  • Complex queries
  • Data manipulation
  • Stored procedures
• Experience with at least one programming language:
  • C#, VB, Python, C++ or similar
• Comfortable working in production environments
• Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, operational systems, WMS)
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Conditions

• Full-time permanent position (35 hours/week)
• Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
