Senior Technical SEO Specialist
A career as a Technical SEO Specialist in the Digital team at National Bank means acting as a specialist responsible for optimising the performance, robustness and technical scalability (SEO/GEO) of web platforms to support sustainable organic growth and digital transformation ambitions. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the visibility, performance and indexability of sites thanks to your expertise in technical SEO, web performance and data analysis.
Responsibilities- Act as a reference specialist on advanced technical SEO issues, particularly in terms of web performance, data entry, information architecture, structured data and core web vitals, and on platforms such as AEM, CMS, etc.
- Define, recommend and develop technical best practices in SEO and GEO in order to maximise organic visibility and platform discoverability.
- Carry out in-depth technical audits, formulate explicit recommendations and prioritise actions based on their impact on SEO and strategic activities.
- Align web architecture, technical performance and business objectives.
- Work closely with the Information Technology, Web, Analytics and Technology Partners teams to deploy and integrate SEO recommendations.
- Analyze, explain and communicate SEO performance using clear analysis reports that are geared to decision‑making.
You are part of a team of more than ten colleagues in the Digital Marketing and Content sector, including two senior SEO specialists, and will report to the Senior Manager – Digital. The team works in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
Prerequisites- In‑depth experience in technical SEO and optimizing high‑volume web platforms for at least five years.
- Proficiency in the tools and techniques of SEO, digital performance and SEO analytics.
- Solid understanding of technical web environments and content management platforms.
