Position: Senior Functional Consultant for D365 Supply Chain

In this role, you will leverage over five years of experience in the D365 F&SCM Supply Chain module to deliver exceptional client services. Your responsibilities will include managing troubleshooting issues, providing best practice guidance, and ensuring seamless communication across virtual teams. With a strong focus on strategic initiatives, you will serve as a project manager, working closely with clients to align on goals and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve senior-level managed services issues

• Review and actively follow-up on inbound service cases

• Document requirements and enhance D365 solutions in Azure Dev Ops

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing

• Conduct weekly client status meetings and prioritize tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years in D365 F&SCM Supply Chain positions

• Expertise in WMS and Production modules

• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

• Ability to work across time zones effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
